• Thickness: 80 microns. This is the standard "economy" thickness, making it more flexible but slightly more prone to stretching than the 100-micron premium versions.

• Adhesive: Clear, permanent acrylic adhesive (Solvent-based).

  • Note: Unlike the "RN-100" high opacity version, this typically has a clear back, meaning it is not a "blockout" vinyl. If you stick it over a dark or patterned surface, that pattern might show through.

• Liner: 120g single-side PE coated paper. (This is where the "120" in the name often comes from—referring to the weight of the backing paper).

• Durability: Rated for 1 year of outdoor use. It is not intended for long-term vehicle wraps or multi-year outdoor signage.

• Cost-Efficient: This is the most affordable white vinyl in the lineup, making it ideal for "bulk" printing like election posters, event stickers, or temporary sale signs.

• High Ink Absorption: Designed to take a lot of ink quickly, which is great for fast print speeds on Solvent and Eco-Solvent machines.

• Softness: The 80-micron film is softer than the premium versions, allowing it to conform slightly better to very minor curves, though it lacks the "body" of the 100-micron films.
